Certificate of Origin would be issued upon request. The essential documents to be produced to the Secretariat are Customs Declaration, Bill of Lading and Invoice in respect of the goods to be exported.

Registration forms, available at the Secretariat, will be displayed on notice board for one week after the particulars are properly filled up by the applicants. The Assistant Registrar of Marriage, appointed by the Government, will then conduct the registration in the presence of two witnesses if no objection is raised.
